You are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market for Sipwise carrier-grade VoIP and NGN products and platforms. The focus lies on the acquisition of new and potential clients. You will identify customer requirements and present Sipwise solutions that meet those requirements. The aim is the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company values (customer focus, strategic and long-term partnerships, etc.). Further, you will interface with customers, partners and collaborate with a broad range of technical and sales teams within Sipwise and the customer. You will interact directly with all levels of management on the customer accounts including the executive management team.

The ideal candidate has sales experience preferably with an IP networking equipment company or telecommunications service provider. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious sales personality with min. of 4 years experience in a similar role and a proven track record.

  • YOUR TASKS:

    • Acquires new customers in the assigned market
    • Secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approachPresents technical solutions to customers, partners and prospects
    • Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
    • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
    • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
    • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
    • Creates and conducts proposal presentations
    • Negotiating proposals regarding commercials and product features
    • Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services
    • Keep up-to-date on relevant technology trends and industry adoption
    • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • What we expect from you:

    • International sales experience with software- and telecommunication-solutions (ideally experience with VoIP/UC, NGN)
    • Strong skills and network in the Telco / ISP industry
    • Strong technical understanding and current knowledge and experience in IP, especially (VoiP) switches, PBX and UC business
    • Willing to win new customers
    • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
    • Excellent German and Business English skills, any additional language is a plus
    • Technical or BA Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
    • Personal Commitment, independent working attitude
    • Strong selling, negotiating and organisational skills
    • Eagerness to overachieve goals
    • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

(Due to regulatory reasons we advise you that the collective agreement stipulates the fixed salary starting at EUR 2,898 gross/month for this position).
