As Business Development Manager at Sipwise you are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market(s), especially the acquisition of new and potential clients. The opportunity will also be given to manage existing accounts at Sipwise, therefore versifying your responsibilities in the various regions.

Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience in a proactive sales position with a strong B2B focus. You will possess a high level of commercial acumen, project management experience and a strong eye for detail. You will be an experienced new business hunter and be accustomed to identifying, progressing, and closing opportunities. Through your driven approach, you will possess an ability to think strategically, to work with the team to deliver solutions that drive real business benefits.


    • Follow-up on leads and provide appropriate information to foster lead relationships.
    • Identify, qualify, pursue, and close a pipeline of new business opportunities.
    • Schedule appointments, demos and pitch Sipwise products in a professional, confident, and articulate manner – on-line and/or on-site.
    • Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads in our CRM system (Suite CRM) to effectively track and report on your pipeline.
    • Manage the full sales life cycle to consistently exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
    • Manage the customer procurement process and negotiate costs and contracts with customers in line with your defined framework.
    • Work closely with colleagues from sales as well as with technical departments to deliver effective solutions.

    • Bachelor’s degree e.g. in sales, marketing, economics, etc.
    • Basic technical understanding is beneficial.
    • Very good communication skills in English (B2), any other language is a plus.
    • Self-motivated, confident, independent, and strong attention to detail.
    • Eagerness to travel (international)
