You are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market for Sipwise carrier-grade VoIP and NGN products and platforms. The focus lies on the acquisition of new and potential customers. You will identify customer requirements and present Sipwise solutions that meet those requirements by achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with company values (customer focus, strategic and long-term partnerships, etc.).

The ideal candidate has sales experience preferably with an IP networking equipment company or telecommunications service provider. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious sales personality with min. of 4 years experience in a similar role and a proven track record.


    • Acquires new customers in the assigned market
    • Promotes and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
    • Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
    • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
    • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
    • Creates and conducts proposal presentations
    • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
    • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

    • Fluent in English, any CEE language is a plus
    • Strong network in our line of business
    • Fundamental understanding and current knowledge and experience in IP
    • Commercial understanding
    • International sales experience with software- and telecommunication-solutions (ideally experience with VoIP/UC)
    • Strong skills and network in the Telco / ISP industry
    • Technical understanding of (VoIP) switches, PBX and UC business
    • Willing to win new customers
    • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
    • Selling and organisational skills and a strong technical understanding
    • Personal commitment, independent working attitude and willingness to travel international

    • We offer an attractive fixed salary depending on your qualification and professional experience as well as an extraordinary profit-related variable share on your selling results.(Due to regulatory reasons we advise you that the collective agreement stipulates the fixed salary starting at EUR 2,825 gross/month for this position).
