- Manage the full sales life cycle to consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term strategies with existing and prospective customers and partners (forecasts and analysis)
- Acting as the bridge between commercial and technological spheres.
- Act as brand ambassador for existing and new products and develop tailor-made sales pitches for each customer.
- Maintain and increase sales by identifying new upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Use Suite CRM to effectively track and report on your pipeline.
- Regularly assess customers’ situations to identify potential risks and work on forecasts.
- Work with your colleagues from Sales & Marketing to define a strategic plan and campaigns for customers.
- Analyse sales KPIs, trends, won / lost deals, opportunities and give actionable recommendations for team improvement.
