Sipwise offers three support and subscription programs (basic, advanced and premium support), which include Sipwise support and periodic fixes and enhancements to our products. You can purchase a Level of Service that fits your service requirements and guarantees you major, minor and maintenance release updates of our solutions.
To complement our Support and Maintanance program, we also offer Onsite Support and Training, a service option that provides your team with personalized technical support delivered by a designated team of experts familiar with your system configuration, past support experience and specific business needs.
