Jumpstart Packages

Jumpstart packages are designed to help new customers boost their productivity through professional assistance with initial set-up, configuration and knowledge transfer. The package is split into 3 sections:

  • an Assessment Session,
  • a Setup & Configuration Session and
  • a Review & Documentation Session.

The following structure turned out to be an optimal segmentation:

  • Assessment Session: 1 day for
    • analyzing the current system setup and work-flows
    • collecting contact information
    • planning the installation
  • Setup & Configuration Session: 3 days for
    • setup and configuration of the network connectivity
    • setup and configuration of voice interconnections
    • interconnection testing and identification of necessary refinements
  • Review & Documentation Session: 1 day for
    • system acceptance
    • system documentation
    • system hand-over

These sessions are delivered remotely. Timelines are based on our best-practices and may be changed as agreed between Sipwise and the Customer. Our Remote Jumpstart session is not a substitute for proper Sipwise Training. We also recommend Administrator and Operator Trainings to complement your Jumpstart session.
